We at PES Associates have completed over 15,000 environmental Site assessments nationwide. We provide our clients with the knowledge and confidence to make the right investment decisions through our environmental experience and hands-on approach.

We prepare Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with rating agency guidelines, client specific scopes as well as the American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) E 1527-13 Standard Practices for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process.

PES currently provides due diligence on substantial loan portfolios for several national investment banks. These commercial portfolios contain thousands of commercial real estate loans.  PES also frequently receives requests to complete due diligence for multiple property portfolios from banks, investors, law firms and corporations. We handle these requests regularly and provide concise and accurate reports, within our client’s time frame and budget.

We have completed property condition and environmental assessments on 250 independent self-storage facilities totaling approximately 13 million square feet throughout the country as part of an initial public offering (IPO). The scope involved Phase I Environmental and Property Condition Assessments as well as consulting services for difficult properties.
